Job Summary
Pharmacist to oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, supervise Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, ensure accurate dispensing and medication counseling, maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, review prescriptions for accuracy and interactions, monitor inventory and controlled substances, train and mentor staff, resolve escalated patient concerns, support workflow improvements and initiatives, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
- Active Florida Pharmacist license
- 3+ years pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of regulations and patient care
- Supervisory experience
