Job Summary
Oversee daily pharmacy operations within an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, contribute to the development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards, and participate as part of an interdisciplinary team to leverage information for positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications in accordance with professional standards, and exercising independent judgment to support safe, effective medication use and policy implementation. The role supports professional growth and involves management-level decision-making and recommendations aligned with rehabilitative care and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- State pharmacy board licensure in good standing
- Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent
