Job Summary
Pharmacist opportunity with Encompass Health in Phoenix, AZ. Oversees daily pharmacy operations, develops pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards, participates in interdisciplinary teams, and contributes to medication management to improve patient outcomes in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications, exercising independent judgment, and making management-relevant recommendations. Requires state pharmacy board licensure in good standing and a degree from an accredited pharmacy program; 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
