Job Summary
Oversee daily pharmacy operations in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, contribute to the development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements, and actively participate in an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications in adherence to legal and professional standards, along with leveraging pharmaceutical knowledge to support clinical services and policy initiatives. A state licensure in good standing and a degree from an accredited pharmacy program are required; some supervisory experience is preferred. The role emphasizes independent judgment and collaboration to ensure safe medication use and quality care.
