Job Summary
Review and interpret physicians' orders for appropriateness, ensuring no over/under doses or medication interactions occur. Dispense prescriptions to outpatients per policy and counsel patients on their medications while maintaining accurate patient profiles. Supervise pre-packing of drugs and control procedures, verify work via supportive personnel, and provide drug information to nurses and physicians. Maintain compliance with 340b pharmacy regulations and National Standards of Continuing Education. Licensed registered pharmacist in Ohio with vaccination certification required. Hourly rate between $118,700 and $132,600.
