Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers. Advise on drug interactions, contraindications, and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy. Serve all patients, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Work varied 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with every fourth weekend off. Requires a graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy and one year of hospital pharmacy experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
- One (1) year of previous hospital pharmacy experience
- Experience in Retail Pharmacy practice
- Good communication skills
- Working varied 8h shifts M-F
- Working every 4th weekend
