Job Summary
Pharmacist staff PRN responsible for dispensation, patient counseling, medication safety, and collaboration with the healthcare team in an evening shift. Focus on accurate dispensing, review of medication orders, adherence to regulatory standards, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Requires strong pharmacology knowledge, excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with pharmacy software/EHR. Licensed by state as a Registered Pharmacist; PharmD/Pharmacy degree required; 0-1 year of experience preferred. Pathway to full-time opportunities; 401(k) with matching; weekend shift differential; maintains documentation and supports ongoing education.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
- 0-1 years of hospital or retail pharmacy experience required
