Job Summary
Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management; ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance; mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment. Requires BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree, active pharmacist licensure, and immunizer certification or eligibility; opportunities for growth, training, and a robust benefits package including sign-on and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
