Job Summary
Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients at Walgreens, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management. Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance. Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options. Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment. Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
- Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance
