Job Summary
Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients, educating them on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options. Deliver clinical healthcare services including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management while ensuring safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance. Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment. This role requires a BS in Pharmacy, current licensure, and experience with controlled substance laws. Certified Immunizer status is required or achievable within 90 days. Competitive pay ranges from $60.90 to $82.30 per hour with flexible scheduling options. Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
- Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance
