Job Summary
Pharmacist in a retail/community pharmacy at Sanford Health. Review and dispense prescription and non-prescription medications, provide drug information and counsel patients on administration, interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage. Monitor patient response and participate in problem solving, chart reviews, and interdisciplinary rounding as needed. Provide oversight and clinical supervision for pharmacy services and support personnel; may serve as shift supervisor. Works with electronic medical records and supports various pharmacy services across acute care and outpatient settings. Requires Doctoral degree in Pharmacy with licensure in good standing; hospital experience or residency preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
- License in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy and/or multi-state licensure as required
- Hospital experience or residency preferred
