Job Summary
Pharmacist overseeing daily pharmacy operations, accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications in a hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation setting; contribute to development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures; participate in an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes; opportunity to shape clinical services and medication management within rehabilitative care; licensure in the relevant state and a degree from an accredited pharmacy program are required, with supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- State pharmacy board licensure in good standing for the state in which the hospital is located
- Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
