Job Summary
Assist the Director of Pharmacy in managing the facility's Pharmaceutical Services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing VA facilities to ensure the highest degree of quality care for residents. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory frameworks while overseeing daily pharmacy operations. Requires a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited pharmacy college, current state licensure, minimum two years of hospital or clinical experience, and at least one year of management experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree from a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education
- currently licensed or eligible for licensing in the state where facility is located
- two years hospital and/or clinical experience
- at least one year of management experience
