Job Summary
The Pharmacist will develop and maintain advanced drug therapy expertise, conduct pharmacokinetic dosing and lab monitoring, provide medication review and discharge counseling for high-risk patients, and serve as a drug therapy resource for medical staff. Candidates must possess strong mathematical skills and excellent customer service abilities, along with effective communication and organizational skills. A valid Registered Pharmacist license in Wyoming is required, along with ACLS certification and preferred experience in a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist in the State of Wyoming
- ACLS certification within 6 months
- Three years of previous hospital experience, or residency, preferred
