Job Summary
The Pharmacist - PRN will ensure the safe and effective use, storage, handling, evaluation, preparation, compounding, labeling, and dispensing of medications. Must hold current state licensure from the state board of pharmacy and have two years of pharmacist experience. Hospital experience is preferred. Responsibilities emphasize accurate dispensing, medication safety, and adherence to timelines. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, time-management, prioritization, analytical and critical-thinking skills are essential. The role requires day shifts during the week and contributes to a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and prescription drug coverage, 401k, life and disability plans, and opportunities for career progression. Location: Carmel, Indiana (on-site at Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital) with typical on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
