Job Summary
Deliver clinical services including medication reviews, chronic disease management, and care plan development. Administer vaccines and immunizations while determining drug therapy appropriateness and monitoring for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions. Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics regarding indications, contraindications, side effects, and proper usage. Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in restricted activities and ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and assist with daily pharmacy operations. Requires Alberta College of Pharmacist licensure, injection certification, and ability to work independently. Required Qualifications
