Job Summary
Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients. Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management. Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance. Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment. Focus on patient-centered care and navigate insurance claims and medication management with ease to support Walgreens’ healthcare mission.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
- At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and insurance
