Job Summary
Review, interpret, input, and accurately dispense medications while performing drug therapy reviews and counseling patients on services and disease management. Blister pack medications, maintain proper drug storage and security, and ensure accuracy of third-party claims. Answer telephones, maintain records for recall and inventory, and assist the pharmacy manager with general tasks and team oversight. Ensure operations comply with regulations, policies, and standards while developing relationships with patients, staff, and medical professionals. Requires a Vermont-licensed PharmD with 1-2 years of experience; per diem schedule with generous time off and wellness support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in pharmacy or pharmacist degree from an accredited educational institution
- Must be licensed and in good standing as a Pharmacist in the state of Vermont
- Keyboard and computer literacy skills
