Job Summary
Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients, including immunizations, medication therapy management, and education on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options. Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing, compounding, and regulatory compliance. Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment; participate in pharmacy operations and utilize pharmacy software and resources to support patient care.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
