Pharmacist - Part-Time

Fill, order entry, and package medications accurately for final dispensing, while reviewing completed orders to ensure correct prescription fulfillment and verifying drug legality based on patient allergies and medication incompatibilities. Interpret prescription orders using professional judgment to determine dispensability, adhere to Federal and State Board of Pharmacy regulations, and transfer prescriptions to other pharmacies as needed. Evaluate inventory levels to place cost-effective orders, notify facilities of stock shortages, and restock station supplies including vials and labels. Oversee technician work, log error medications, and answer questions from patients, doctors, and nurses.
