Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Licensed by a State Board of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Intern License
- Current Arizona Pharmacist License
- Active BLS (AHA) certification
- ACLS certification within one year of hire
- Valid unrestricted and insurable drivers license
- Successful background investigation for Child Care position
