Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers. Advise colleagues regarding drug interactions, contraindications, and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy. Serve all patients, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. As part of the health care team, integrate patient-oriented services with traditional distributive and drug control activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of previous hospital pharmacy experience
- Experience in Retail Pharmacy practice
- Good communication skills
