Job Summary
Conduct pharmaceutical services including drug information provision to nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers. Advise colleagues regarding drug interactions, contraindications, and relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy. Serve all patients, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, as part of the healthcare team. No weekend or on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of previous hospital pharmacy experience
- Experience in Retail Pharmacy practice
- Good communication skills
