Pharmacist - Oncology/Infusion

Provide clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective drug therapy. Participate in the training, orientation, and education of staff as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Requires a graduate of an accredited pharmacy school and a Washington Pharmacist License upon hire, with six months of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
