Job Summary
Licensed Pharmacist needed for a Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy in Kalamazoo, MI. Provide clinical pharmacy services to long-term care residents, perform medication reviews and therapeutic consultations, collaborate with physicians and nurses, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, oversee dispensing accuracy, utilize electronic health records for documentation, supervise pharmacy technicians, deliver patient- and caregiver-focused service, and participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Strong clinical knowledge in geriatrics, experience with pharmacy systems (Framework preferred), and excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- PharmD degree from an accredited program
- Active Pharmacist License (required, from Michigan)
- Active Controlled Substance License (required, from Michigan)
