Pharmacist- Long Term Care Pharmacy

Review incoming prescriptions for accuracy, suitability, and potential interactions, then fill medications with the correct dose. Provide patients with information on side effects, dosage, storage needs, and drug interactions while maintaining excellent patient records and pharmacy files. Conduct regular inventory checks, manage new inventory acceptance, and categorize supplies appropriately to ensure a clean, safe work environment. This role requires a current state pharmacist license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
