Job Summary
Conduct over-the-phone and in-person consultations to guide patients on product selection, effects, potency, and dosing while ensuring state compliance and company policy adherence. Mentor store staff and managers through continual training on regulations and best practices, then effectively handle customer or employee concerns by interfacing with leadership. Identify process improvements to support company growth and assist with onboarding new Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians. Maintain real-time reporting of product issues to the Quality and Compliance team. Requires an active Virginia Pharmacy license, comprehensive background check, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active Virginia Pharmacy license
- Registered medical professional with the Board of Pharmacy
- Willingness to submit and pass a comprehensive background check
- Strong team management and personal communication skills
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
- Strong compliance and regulation attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and focused
- MS Office proficiency with the ability to utilize and navigate multiple software platforms with ease
- Knowledge of cannabis
- Flexibility regarding work schedule including evenings, weekends, opening and closing
