Required Qualifications
- BS/Pharm.D in pharmacy
- at least 1 year experience in hospital or home pharmacy practice involved with the preparation of intravenous medications
- Current, active and in good standing pharmacist license in the state of employment
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws relating to the practice of pharmacy
- Provides clinical information and services to patients, nursing, and physicians
- Interfaces with physicians and other clinical people with a professional attitude
- Prepares prescriptions, solutions, and medications accurately and promptly
- Keeps abreast of new pharmacy technologies and practices
