Pharmacist - Inpatient - Wexford

Process prescriptions by conducting prospective drug reviews, assessing medications for accuracy and safety, and resolving emergent issues. Provide timely drug information to healthcare professionals and document therapy interventions to reduce adverse events. Assist in department management by supervising pharmacy technicians, training staff, and maintaining inventory compliance with federal and state regulations. Participate in performance improvement efforts and ensure a safe, orderly work environment while managing nightly triage and IT troubleshooting if serving as Night Pharmacist.
