Pharmacist - Inpatient - PRN

Provide pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers. Advise on drug interactions, contraindications, and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy. Serve all patients, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Requires a graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with one year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Retail pharmacy experience and good communication skills are also preferred. Weekend requirements apply with variable hours.
