Job Summary
The Pharmacist in Charge will oversee pharmacy services, ensuring compliance and supporting patient care in home infusion and specialty pharmacy operations. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and requires strong leadership skills to manage all facets of pharmacy operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (RPh) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Active pharmacist license in the state of employment
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy operations and clinical experience in home infusion, specialty injectables, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of IV admixture, sterile compounding, and home infusion clinical practices
- Supervisory or management experience within a pharmacy setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable and consistent in attendance and performance
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain active state pharmacy licensure
