Job Summary
Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow at Tully LiveLife Pharmacy, managing clinical care, dispensing via the FRED system, and delivering services including vaccinations, medicinal cannabis, and opioid substitution. Direct patient-focused services while supporting and developing a small team, ensuring compliance with professional standards. Build relationships with local prescribers and healthcare providers to support the pharmacy's 200–250 daily scripts. Full-time 46.5-hour roster from Monday to Saturday. Total package of $170,000 per annum with relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD qualification
- Current AHPRA General Registration
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a registered pharmacist
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care focus
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a pharmacy team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with FRED dispensing software (advantageous)
