Job Summary
Pharmacist responsibilities include filling prescriptions in compliance with laws and company policies, providing courteous professional consultation to customers and physicians, training pharmacy staff, participating in clinical programs, maintaining CII records and monthly audits, managing inventory, stock rotation, RX return processes, and ensuring state/federal record-keeping for controlled substances, with additional duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager/Head Pharmacist, Store Director, Pharmacy Director, and Corporate Management in Ogden, UT. Requires a college degree in Pharmacy (BS or PharmD) and a valid state license, plus NAPLEX and State Law Board completion, and continuing education; benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and flexible scheduling.
