Pharmacist

Coordinate pharmacy department activities under the Director of Pharmacy to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and ensure patient safety across General Medicine, Surgical, Intensive Care, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics, and Outpatient Services. Manage daily operations to support diverse clinical needs while maintaining strict safety protocols. Full-time variable shift schedule at Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines, IL. Requires current state Registered Pharmacist License, B.S. in Pharmacy, and preferred Doctor of Pharmacy degree, BLS, and ACLS certification.
