Job Summary
Coordinate pharmacy department activities under the Director of Pharmacy to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care across General Medicine, Surgery, ICU, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Emergency, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics, and Outpatient Services while ensuring patient safety. Maintain current state Registered Pharmacist License, B.S. in Pharmacy, and preferred Doctor of Pharmacy degree, BLS, and ACLS certifications. This per diem role with variable shifts supports Saint Michael's Medical Center's Heart and Vascular Institute and regional tertiary care mission.
