Pharmacist General Manager, Long Term Care

Coordinate pharmacy operations at Omnicare of Golden, managing P&L performance, budget optimization, and script counts while ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational excellence and customer service, consulting with internal and external partners to maintain medication needs and identify risks. Lead the recruitment, hiring, training, and mentoring of pharmacy staff to deliver on pharmacy goals, optimizing processes and building efficiency through supply chain expertise. Travel 20% of the time to support these initiatives. This role reports to the District Director of Operations within a national provider delivering over 70 million prescriptions annually.
