Pharmacist - Full Time (Monroe campus)

Pharmacist role on the Monroe campus requiring licensure as a Pharmacist with a Doctorate or professional degree (Pharm.D. or equivalent). Responsible for interpreting physician orders, monitoring medication interactions and allergies, preparing medications and parenteral solutions, dispensing them, supervising technicians, interns and volunteers, and providing drug information to staff. Ensures accurate profiling, preparation, and dispensing of new inpatient medication orders; prepares parenteral admixtures and sterile products; directs technicians and ensures compliance with procedures and regulations; engages in in-service programs and participates in departmental meetings. Requires ability to work a full-time schedule, with capacity to stand, walk, lift/stoop as needed, and maintain patient safety and workflow efficiency in a hospital setting.
