Job Summary
In a retail/community pharmacy setting, Pharmacist reviews, interprets and dispenses prescriptions and non-prescription medications, counsels patients on administration, interactions, side effects, storage, and expected response; oversees pharmacy staff and supports personnel; engages with interprofessional teams on medication therapy across acute care-like services, including chart reviews, monitoring patient progress, and advising providers on dosage and interactions; requires adaptability to evolving pharmacy technology and involvement in a broad range of services (IV room oversight, medication reconciliation, counseling, and collaborative patient care) within Sanford Health's Bismarck location; licensed pharmacist with active state board licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
- License in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy and/or multi-state licensure privileges as required by position
