Job Summary
Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations. Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medication in adherence to legal and professional standards. Contribution to development of pharmacy-specific policies, compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory requirements, and active participation in an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Requires state licensure and a PharmD-level degree; supervisory experience preferred. Sign-on bonus of $7,500 and comprehensive benefits are highlighted. Required Qualifications
- State pharmacy board licensure in good standing for the state where the hospital is located
- Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent
