Job Summary
Oversee daily pharmacy operations in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, contribute to development of pharmacy policies and procedures in alignment with Joint Commission and regulatory standards, participate actively in an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, ensure accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications, and leverage clinical expertise to drive medication management improvements and program development within Encompass Health. The role involves independent judgment, policy recommendations, and opportunities for professional growth and leadership within a nationally recognized rehabilitation provider.
Required Qualifications
- State pharmacy board licensure in good standing
- Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
