Job Summary
Overseeing daily pharmacy operations in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, ensuring accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications in compliance with legal and professional standards; contributing to the development and implementation of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures; collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes; pursuing professional growth and continuing education opportunities; licensure in good standing with the state board and a PharmD or equivalent degree are required; supervisory experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- State pharmacy board licensure in good standing for the state where the hospital is located
- Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
