Pharmacist

Overseeing daily pharmacy operations in an inpatient rehabilitative setting, ensuring safe medication use, contributing to development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in line with Joint Commission and regulatory standards, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes through accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications. The role emphasizes independent judgment, policy development, and opportunities for professional growth within a national post-acute care leader. Eligible candidates hold active state licensure and a Doctoral-level degree from an accredited pharmacy program (or equivalent), with supervisory experience preferred.
