Pharmacist

Oversee daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations while ensuring safe medication use. Contribute to the development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards. Actively participate in the interdisciplinary team to leverage critical information for positive patient outcomes. Perform accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medication in adherence to legal and professional pharmacy standards. Make crucial management decisions and recommendations by exercising independent judgment. This role requires state pharmacy board licensure in good standing and a degree from an accredited pharmacy program, with one year of supervisory experience preferred.
