Job Summary
Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet patient and customer expectations while ensuring safe medication use and adherence to regulatory standards. Contributes to the development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures, participates in an interdisciplinary team to drive positive patient outcomes, and applies accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications in accordance with professional standards. The role involves exercising independent judgment and supporting professional growth within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation organization.
Required Qualifications
- State pharmacy board licensure in good standing
- Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent
