Job Summary
Staff Pharmacist will lead with heart and support Pharmacy Technician staff while delivering patient-centered care. Responsibilities include patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory and workflow management, and driving profitability and loss prevention. The role emphasizes applying clinical knowledge to manage prescriptions, support patient care programs, and collaborate with the pharmacy team to differentiate CVS from competitors. Required Qualifications
