Job Summary
Provide patients with accurate product recommendations, dosing, and consumption methods while assisting with concerns and complaints. Train team members on product knowledge and ensure compliance with inventory, security, and regulatory protocols. Build relationships with physicians, patients, and community professionals to support patient and physician outreach. Manage store operations by overseeing inventory audits, dispensing procedures, and regulatory reporting. Maintain deep knowledge of cannabis products, drug interactions, and strain efficacy. Work in a retail environment requiring standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and close vision. Full or part-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state you're applying for
- Strong knowledge of the retail and pharmacy landscape
- Flexibility with scheduling, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to use hands and finger to feel, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to climb, balance, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- High stress tolerance
- Adaptability, and be flexible to work in an ever-changing environment
