Pharmacist - Credena Health Pharmacy Lakeshore

Independently review and assess medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve drug-related problems. Contact nurses and other professionals to facilitate care, manage drug therapy protocols within the physician-pharmacist-nurse team, and compound and dispense medications. Provide drug and therapy information while supervising pharmacy support personnel. Requires a Montana Pharmacist License upon hire, with a preference for a PharmD and hospital/outpatient anticoagulation experience.
