Job Summary
Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety, and efficacy prior to dispensing to an individual patient, including routine, stat, and investigational orders. Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment, and clinical programs. Requires a New Jersey Pharmacy license or eligibility, a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, or equivalent hospital pharmacy experience. Salary ranges from $52 to $86 hourly. Required Qualifications
- Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience)
- graduate of a Doctor of Pharmacy Program
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Doctor of Pharmacy from accredited School of Pharmacy
- New Jersey Pharmacy license
- eligible for licensure
