Job Summary
Clinical Pharmacist will supervise pharmacists and intern pharmacists, mentor and coach staff, review and update care plans prior to dispensing, address therapy concerns, troubleshoot infusion-related problems, perform care plan reassessments, and communicate with medical professionals to resolve patient issues. Responsibilities also include conducting proactive risk assessments, providing patient counseling when required, pursuing continuing education, ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance, and representing the company professionally in all job-related interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Clear and Active California Registered Pharmacist License
- B.S. in Pharmacy
- Previous experience in a pharmacy supervisory role is required
