Pharmacist

Provide exceptional customer service to City of Hope patients, caregivers, and employees while reviewing outpatient prescription and supplement medication orders. Perform pharmacist duties including accurate dispensing and delivering medication counseling and education in the outpatient setting. This PRN role includes two guaranteed shifts weekly plus PTO coverage under the direction of the Retail Pharmacy Manager. Current Arizona pharmacist licensure is required along with a minimum of two years as a retail pharmacist.
